Every user has different needs but ultimately, for most users, we recommend starting with the Beginning Practitioner package. It’s the “goldilocks” of the packages and is a suitable place to start for most people. While the Student Practitioner package is enticing because of cost, most users will find it too limiting for regular use. If you are a practicing homeopath with a busy practice, you will likely be most interested in the Advanced Practitioner package.

No, not for daily use of the program. RadarOpus is installed directly onto your computer and you can use it without an internet connection. Please note that RadarOpus requires an internet connection every 30 days simply to validate your license from our servers. And know that software updates and purchases will require an internet connection for download and activation.

Yes! You can sign-up for a free trial simply by providing your name and email address. No payment is required. Click here to sign-up! 

RadarOpus is available for download right from the internet. We will email you a link after purchase so you can download and then install. Please note that it is a large file, and a strong internet connection is recommended.

RadarOpus releases 1-2 major updates per year. All updates are available for download from the internet. 

Not all, but yes some updates have a fee. All updates are optional, although highly encouraged. We try not to nickel and dime people, but some updates require a lot of technical resources and we charge for updates to help offset these costs. We encourage all users to budget $50-$100 annually for these optional updates. 

Your RadarOpus purchase comes with one license. You can choose to have that license directly on your computer (keyless license) or on a USB key. We recommend a keyless activation for most users. The only time you would want a USB key license is if you have multiple computers (like a home computer, clinic computer, and laptop). In this case, you can have RadarOpus installed on multiple devices and simply move the USB key from computer to computer to activate the program. The downside with a USB key is they can get lost, stolen, or damaged. And in this case, they are expensive to replace. By default, your RadarOpus program will come with a keyless license, although you are able to purchase a USB key at any time, including after your purchase. 

You have a few options. You can purchase an additional keyless license for each of your computers or you can use a USB key license. With a USB key, you can have RadarOpus installed on multiple computers but you can only use RadarOpus on one of those computers at a time. The computer that has the key inserted will be the computer that RadarOpus works on at that moment. You can also have RadarOpus keylessly installed on one computer and also purchase an additional USB key license. 

When you purchase RadarOpus, you are purchasing a lifetime license, so it’s a one-time charge. We do recommend that you budget $50-$100 annually for updates to your program but your main investment is a one-time charge. 

That really depends on your situation. Of course, there is the upfront cost of purchasing, but the nice thing is, you pay once and then enjoy the program for life. Payment plans are available and all you need to do is click on “Start Payment Plan” above for the package you would like. We do the best we can to work with people! If you would like to purchase RadarOpus, but need a payment plan to help with budgeting, simply select the “Start Payment Plan” option for the package you would like. We’ve tried to make payment plans flexible and affordable. You can purchase a new package for as little as $99.99 down and $100 monthly.

All users are entitled to free tech support through our ticketing system. Tickets are replied to within 48 business hours, although usually much sooner. Live tech support is available at no charge for RadarOpus users running the latest version of the program. If you are not running the latest version of the program but need live tech support, you can simply update to the latest version. Alternatively, you can just pay for the live support session, but generally it’s better for you to just pay for the update and get live tech support included. 

As with any software, there is a learning curve. However, the amount of time that you invest upfront in learning how to use the full features of the program will pay off in spades. Your prescriptions will become more accurate and you will be able to repertorize much more quickly.
