What is an engine?
The RadarOpus engine is what provides for the functionality of the program, so things like the number of clipboards that are available, the search features available, patient management features, and repertory editing tools.

Which engine do I have?
The Student Practitioner package comes with the Mini engine. The Beginning Practitioner package comes with the Silver engine. The Everyday Practitioner package comes with the Gold engine. The Advanced Practitioner package comes with the Diamond engine. If you’re not sure which engine you have, feel free to contact us!
What does upgrading my engine mean?
When you upgrade your engine, you upgrade the functionality of your program like the number of clipboards, search features, patient management features, and repertory editing tools. When you upgrade your engine, you don’t change the books/references of your program, you are simply upgrading the functionality of the program. For a full comparison of engine features, click here.
What if I want to upgrade my engine by more than one level?
Simply purchase as many engine level upgrades as you need to reach your desired the engine functionality. For example, if you have the Beginning Practitioner package (which has the Silver engine), but you want the functionality of the Diamond engine, simply purchase two.
